Dear List does somebody have the instructions (for the patients!) how to use and fill in the gothenburg profile "self-report inventory for measuring experienced hearing disability and handicap" (Ringdahl, A. et al 1993)? or can somebody give me a hint where to get it (soon)? thanks, matthias
