Although on the positive side, it can also be used
by undeniably great singers who are interested in
creative manipulation -- the pitch/time/formant/alignment
toolkit was put to good use by Bjork in her Medulla album,
where all the sounds on the album were vocal sounds,
some manipulated beyond recognition to serve as
percussive elements.
