RESEARCH
AUDIOLOGIST, The primary responsibility of the position is to carry on an active program of clinical and/or basic research in hearing or balance. Specifically, this person will be expected to plan and implement experiments, seek extramural funding, mentor doctoral and post-doctoral trainees, and report research findings. There are no teaching or administrative responsibilities associated with this position. We will consider persons with a research interest in any area of hearing or balance, as long as their work is relevant to our clinical research mission. Candidates for the position must have completed a doctoral degree in audiology, hearing science, or a related field. Persons with post-doctoral research training and/or a few years of post-doctoral research experience will be regarded as more highly qualified.
