why bone-coduction underwater?
Can anyone help in this:
I?m trying to figure out why does our (human) perception of sound underwater
is realized mainly bone conduction.
Might it just simply be because the ear canal is occluded with water, or
might be also another related to pressure over the ear (like when flying on
airplanes)?
Sorry for the newbie question, but I don?t know much about ear functioning.
Cheers,
Andre
