Tyler 1996 thesis search

Hello good people,

We are trying to obtain a copy of P. Tyler's 1996 Florida State 
University PhD dissertation entitled "Developing a two-dimensional 
continuous response space for emotions perceived in music". It does not 
seem to be available either through University Microfilms or FSU. Would 
anyone have a copy they would be willing to share? We'd be more than 
happy to reimburse you for costs incurred.
