POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE IN AUDITORY SCIENCE

A postdoctoral research position is available to study in an area of auditory research presently represented at the Parmly Hearing Institute (http://www.parmly.luc.edu) by the research of Richard Fay (psychophysics/neurophysiology of vertebrate hearing), William Yost (auditory perception: pitch, sound localization, auditory scene analysis), Toby Dye (Binaural hearing/psychoacoustics), and Stan Sheft (role of modulation in hearing). We are looking for a colleague desiring an opportunity for research and experience generally in systems-level auditory neuroscience and/or behavior/psychophysics. The appointment period is for one year starting anytime before June, 2006 and renewable for up to an additional year.
