Re: 2d and 3d sound localization

hey Zoltan

Could you provide me with the sites whose codes (sound localization) contain
input that was generated by simulations?

Dear Hussein,

If you plane to use input that was created by simulations the problem is
perfectly solvable by the traditional cross correlation function, that is
available in Matlab or even in C from several sources....

In case of real input from microphones the problem is quite difficult the
resolution and the computation requirement is highly depends on the
acoustic environment.. I'm working on a robust algorithm if it's ready
i'll send it to you :)

hello all,

I just want to know where I could find some c or matlab codes for 2d or 3d
sound localization (a code that returns for me the azimuth and the
elevation
of the sound source with respect to the robot)

thanks

Hussein
