bandpass TMTF fits

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to fit some sinusoidal carrier TMTF data with a lowpass filter 
function (Eddins 1992), without much success, as it seems to have more of 
a bandpass filter characteristic. Has anyone out there had any success 
fitting a bandpass function to this type of data with a fairly simple 
equation (preferably no more than two adjustable parameters) that could be 
implemented in Excel's non-linear regression tool?
