I noticed you use FIR gammatone filters and time-reversal of the impulse
responses for resynthesis. For low-delay resynthesis of an IIR gammatone
filterbank output see my paper:
Hohmann, V. (2002) Frequency analysis and synthesis using a Gammatone
filterbank. Acustica / acta acustica, 88(3), p. 433-442.
Matlab-Software implementing the method can be downloaded for academic
use from http://medi.uni-oldenburg.de/html/demos.html.
