Ground truth vocal tract length data?

Dear list,

I am trying to implement an algorithm to estimate the vocal tract length
from formants by Dr. Hisashi Wakita (1977), "Normalization of Vowels
by Vocal-Tract Length and Its Application to Vowel Identification".
Is there any ground truth data of vocal tract length available like those
of Laryngograph-derived F0 databases?  If not, any suggestions to
how to valiadate the results?  Thanks.
