favorite effects

Dear List,

I got a query where I simply don't know where to find anything useful.
Perhaps somebody out there hidden deep in the list knows something about
it?

Markus Schrumpf is writing his thesis on radio spots that are adequate
for a target group of young recipients. But what then _is_ adequate for
young recipients (14-30)? One idea would be to look what are favorite
sound effects, distortion procedures, ... jingle formats, ... in this
age group. Has there been any study on "favorite" effects?
