Sounds like a valuable public service for the auditory community.  I
suppose you have thought about the issues of

1)  Citations to things other than books, chapters, and articles...e.g.
JASA abstracts.

2)  How you are going to deal with periodic upgrades?  Maybe each of the
persons represented will automatically get an annual request for the
year's materials?  It does sound like an ongoing human effort required to
incorporate the annual submissions.  I guess you have thought all that
through.
