digital oscillator

        I would be grateful if someone could help me find a
digital sine oscillator.

        Requirements:

(1) Audio frequency range.
(2) Frequency resolution: 0.01 Hz or better.
(3) S/(THD+N) > 85 dB.
(4) Arbitrary frequency control from a PC via C code.
(5) Continuous amplitude and phase on frequency transitions.

        In short, it is a digital version of an analog audio
oscillator with a frequency control knob or a VCO.
