Teaching studentship in Psychology - Re Advertised Post

TEACHING STUDENTSHIP IN PSYCHOLOGY OF HEARING
Applications are invited for one teaching studentship in the
Department of Psychology at the University of Essex. Applicants
should have a good Honours degree in Psychology or a related
discipline. The successful candidate will undertake research on
aspects of the modelling and psychophysics of hearing including such
phenomena as pitch, auditory selective attention, binaural hearing or
masking phenomena, and will be supervised by Prof. Ray Meddis. The
successful candidate will be expected to undertake teaching duties
(such as tutorials, seminars and laboratory classes) within the
Psychology undergraduate programme. The award of the studentship
covers tuition fees and and a bursary equivalent to the ESRC basic
rate for up to three years. The position is available to home/EU
students only.
