conference will focus on a variety of aspects of music perception and

Unpublished papers on research in music perception and cognition are invited
for presentation at three types of sessions: reading sessions, poster sessions,
and demonstrations.

Submit

* a summary of the research (maximum 500 words)
* five single or compound keywords describing the field and topic of the work
* each author's name, title, institutional affiliation, mailing address,
  telephone and fax numbers, email address
* equipment requirements
* statement indicating your preference for reading session, poster session or
  demonstration

guarantee these rates you must make reservations prior July 10,
1996. Each hotel has its own cancellation policies and rules. It is
your responsibility to contact the hotel should you make any changes
to your accommodation plans for the conference.

ICMPC is not acting as the hotel agent. We will process your request
for hotel and forward the deposit and help you with any
questions or problems. Every effort will be made to grant your
accommodation requests.

Banquet

The Banquet will be held in Montreal's elegant and historic
Ritz Carleton Hotel. It is only a few blocks away from the
McGill campus and from the Delta Hotel. The Banquet will be
held at 20:00, Wed. August 14. There is seating for about
180 so please get your tickets early. If demand indicates we
will move to a larger dining room in the Ritz.
