reporting significance levels: F or no F?

I'm in the process of writing a paper where I report results of an ANOVA.
I've often seen F statistics given together with their significance level,
for example F(1,29)=50.4, p<0.0001. My inclination is to leave out the F
statistic and degrees of freedom as being non-essential information,
adequately summarized by "p<0.0001". To improve readability I'd only
report the latter.

My question is, does anyone object?

Please respond directly rather than to the list. I'll summarize later on.

Alain
