Looking for Pitch Detection programs

Dear Auditory List,

I am going to be doing some analyses of vocal performances and I need
to detect pitch within 1/10 of a semitone.  I've been following the
recent developments in wavelet analysis and I'm thinking of writing a
program to use that.  But before I do, does anyone out there know of a
"ready-to-go" program that will do what I need, either using wavelet
or some other algorithm?
